Anapa Grove is a producing grove encompassing over 330 acres of fresh fruit varieties: Star Grapefruit, Red Grapefruit and Navel Oranges in Indian River County. This grove is one of the better producing groves on the east coast with sustained profitable production. Anapa Grove is one of several included in a larger portfolio of 11,100.9 ± acres spanning across DeSoto, St. Lucie, and Indian River Counties.
The grove is professionally managed, and the facilities are well maintained including pumps, irrigation, and drainage systems. This turnkey, established, grove brings income from direct farming operations with the caretaking contractor also providing packing and marketing services for the fruit produced.
Florida is currently the second-fastest growing state in the country, growing at nearly one thousand new residents per day. This has led to an increase in population of nearly six million people since the year 2000, creating significant demand for lands throughout the state to meet the needs of this expansion. The grove is located in St. John’s Improvement District, which provides irrigation water and drainage to the property. The District has also been authorized by the State of Florida to provide future services to the area as it transitions to development. Anapa Grove is turn-key and provides a solid foundation for current income production with long term appreciation.
