This is a rural area not far (approx. 45 miles) from Billings, Montana, the largest town in the state with about 100,000 people. Billings is one of the best areas if you are looking for employment. Roundup MT., is a small friendly town, about a mile south of this property where people are accustomed to seeing out of state license plates. Local economy is driven by logging, tourism, and agriculture – both ranching and dry land farming.
