This tract has 1,750 feet of road frontage on Stevenson Road. A forest road leads into the western side of the tract from Stevenson Road. The eastern side of the tract across Long Cane Creek does not have public road frontage.

This property features rolling ridges with hardwood drains following Long Cane Creek and the smaller feeder streams. The tract lies on both sides of the Long Cane Creek for a distance of 780’ along the creek. Long Cane Creek also serves as the tract boundary for an additional 3,600’ of the creek’s length.
